Santa Claus is coming to town! Don’t get stuck like a chump parking in the North Pole trying to score a spot to view the Santa Claus parade in your town. Good things come to those who plan ahead – and use Honk to find and pay for their parking.

We’re going to go ahead and assume all our Honkers made the Nice List (again!) this year. Seems logical enough… when paying for parking with Honk, you’re being compliant! We’re sharing some of our Honk zones in cities across Canada, to ensure all of our Happy Honkers are able to plan ahead, and find your spot so you can all enjoy your Santa Claus Parade stress-free.

OTTAWA, ON

Santa starts his cross-Canada tour on Saturday November 18th in our Nation’s Capital at 11AM for the 48th Annual Parade. Every year, dating back to 1969, the Ottawa Professional Fire Fighter’s Association has been organizing the Help Santa Toy Parade. They collect toys and cash donations along the parade route – so if you’re in Ottawa viewing the parade, be sure to bring some toys, park at zone 5077, and take in the parade!

LONDON, ON

Santa’s making his way to the City of London on Saturday November 18th for the annual London Santa Claus Parade that starts at 6PM. Park your car at zone 2020 at Central Ave East of Colborne Street, and snag the perfect viewing spot for the parade.

KINGSTON, ON

The parade will leave from Innovation Park at 5:00pm on Saturday November 18th (Bath Road & Princess Street) and travel down Princess to Ontario Street. Go ahead and park all along the route – starting at zone 9090 (Frontenac Lot) all the way to zone 2385 (Ontario Brock Lot)

Spectators are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items for the Food Bank as well as letters to Santa!

The big guy himself will be on hand after in Springer Market Square for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Springer Market Square. Come help us officially kick off the holiday season!

TORONTO, ON

November is a busy one for Santa! He’ll be in Toronto the very next day, on Sunday November 19th. Here’s a list of some of our Honk lots that you can park at. Get there early and get a good spot to view the parade (hot chocolate is extra) :

Zone 5056 at 20 Prince Arthur, zone 9063 at 145 St. George St, zone 9064 at 10 Walmer Rd

ST. CATHARINES, ON

Santa loves Niagara! On Sunday November 19 at 1PM he’ll be in downtown St. Catharines. Park at zone 9128 (23 James St.) and don’t miss Donner & Blitzen racing down McGuire Street. They’ll be gone before you know it!

EDMONTON, AB

Santa is one very busy guy! He makes his way to Edmonton, Alberta for the annual Santa’s Parade of Lights on November 18th that starts at 5:30PM. The parade route goes along Jasper Avenue from 100th Street, ending at 108th Street. Come hungry – there will be food trucks at Beaver Hills Park and at 102 Street and Jasper Avenue.

As there’s lots of road closures, we’d recommend parking a bit up North, just above 104 Ave NW.

Zone MAC1CMAC1B and MAC1A at 10700 104 Ave NW are our best bets for a non-stressful parking experience.

VANCOUVER, BC

And finally, Santa makes his way to the West Coast for the first Sunday of December (ample time to make it back to the North Pole for end of the month). This year the Santa Claus parade falls on December 3rd.

Zone 1847 @ Lot 2 – 150 West Pender Street, zone 1848 @ Lot 3 – 535 Richards Street

VICTORIA, BC

Santa goes west coast! Check out the Island Farms Santa Claus Parade November 25 @ 4:45PM.

Park at zone 211 (520 Fort St.) and meet Santa for milk and cookies at the end of the route at Centennial Square.
